Ingredients
  

  • 75 g kataifi chopped
  • 40 g unsalted butter
  • 140 g pistachio paste
  • 600 g fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 2 extra-large strawberries sliced for topping
  • 300 g Nutella

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped kataifi and toast, stirring constantly, until golden and crispy.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the pistachio paste until fully coated.
  4. Allow the kataifi mixture to cool completely.
  5. Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries, then pat dry.
  6. Gently melt the Nutella until smooth and pourable.
  7. Layer strawberries, kataifi mixture, and Nutella into serving cups.
  8. Repeat layers and top with sliced extra-large strawberries.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Make sure the strawberries are completely dry before assembling to keep the layers crisp and well defined.
