Method
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped kataifi and toast, stirring constantly, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from heat and mix in the pistachio paste until fully coated.
- Allow the kataifi mixture to cool completely.
- Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries, then pat dry.
- Gently melt the Nutella until smooth and pourable.
- Layer strawberries, kataifi mixture, and Nutella into serving cups.
- Repeat layers and top with sliced extra-large strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Make sure the strawberries are completely dry before assembling to keep the layers crisp and well defined.
