Ingredients
  

  • 2 tubes refrigerated country biscuit dough 10-count each
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups salted butter melted
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Shred cheddar, grate Parmesan, mince garlic, and melt butter. Let butter cool slightly.
  2. Whisk melted butter with garlic, oregano, parsley, and salt.
  3. Flatten each biscuit to 3.5 inches using a rolling pin.
  4. Fill each biscuit with cheddar and a spoonful of garlic butter. Pinch edges to seal.
  5. Place dough balls seam-side down in an ungreased 12-inch skillet.
  6. Brush with garlic butter and top with cheddar and Parmesan.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 15–17 minutes, rotating halfway through.
  8. Brush with remaining garlic butter and top with extra cheese before serving.
