Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a bowl and mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Fold in desired mix-ins or toppings.
- Scoop 2-tablespoon portions of dough onto prepared sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake 9–11 minutes until edges are set but centers look slightly soft.
- Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For thicker cookies, chill dough 15–30 minutes before baking. Slight underbaking ensures soft, chewy results.
