Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning divided
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Pat salmon and shrimp dry with paper towels.
  2. Season salmon with 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Sear salmon skin-side down for 5 minutes per side; remove and set aside.
  5. Add shrimp and remaining Cajun seasoning; cook until pink and opaque.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until sauce thickens.
  7. Return salmon and shrimp to the pan and warm through.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overcook the shrimp or salmon. Serve over rice, pasta, or cauliflower rice for a keto-friendly option.
