Ingredients
Method
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until al dente. Reserve a small amount of pasta water, then drain.
- Season diced beef with Cajun seasoning.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over high heat and sear beef in batches until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir over medium-low heat until smooth and creamy.
- Season sauce with salt and black pepper.
- Return beef and cooked spaghetti to the skillet.
- Toss to coat evenly, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
- Heat for 1–2 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream or swap beef for chicken. Adjust Cajun seasoning to control spice level.
