Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 450 g diced sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until al dente. Reserve a small amount of pasta water, then drain.
  2. Season diced beef with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet over high heat and sear beef in batches until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir over medium-low heat until smooth and creamy.
  6. Season sauce with salt and black pepper.
  7. Return beef and cooked spaghetti to the skillet.
  8. Toss to coat evenly, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
  9. Heat for 1–2 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream or swap beef for chicken. Adjust Cajun seasoning to control spice level.
