Seasoned Butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice Italian rolls lengthwise, keeping them hinged.
  3. Place rolls cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  4. Mix melted butter with all seasonings.
  5. Brush seasoned butter generously over rolls.
  6. Layer salami, ham, and pepperoni evenly.
  7. Add mozzarella and provolone cheese.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
  9. Layer roasted red peppers, olives, and banana peppers.
  10. Add fresh basil leaves.
  11. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is lightly crisp.
  12. Cool briefly, slice, and serve warm.
