Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2–3 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Pat tilapia fillets completely dry with paper towels.
- Brush each fillet evenly with the seasoned oil mixture on both sides.
- Arrange fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, depending on thickness, until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches 145°F internal temperature.
- Remove carefully and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
For a spicier version, add 1/4 tsp cayenne or use Cajun seasoning. To make in the oven, bake at 425°F for 12–15 minutes. Store leftovers up to 3 days refrigerated or 2 months frozen.
