- If using leftover or rotisserie chicken, chop or shred it. Warm it gently in a skillet and stir in BBQ sauce until fully coated.
- In a medium bowl, toss coleslaw mix with coleslaw dressing or mayo. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Lay out tortillas and add a layer of BBQ chicken to the center. Top with a generous scoop of coleslaw.
- Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
- For extra flavor and crunch, place wraps seam-side down in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
- Drizzle with more BBQ sauce and slice in half if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
These wraps are best served fresh but can be prepared ahead of time; just keep the chicken and coleslaw separate until ready to wrap.
