BBQ Chicken Coleslaw Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g cooked chicken (chopped or shredded)
  • 120 ml BBQ sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 4 pieces large flour tortillas
  • 200 g coleslaw mix
  • 60 ml coleslaw dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Method
 

  1. If using leftover or rotisserie chicken, chop or shred it. Warm it gently in a skillet and stir in BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss coleslaw mix with coleslaw dressing or mayo. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay out tortillas and add a layer of BBQ chicken to the center. Top with a generous scoop of coleslaw.
  4. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
  5. For extra flavor and crunch, place wraps seam-side down in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
  6. Drizzle with more BBQ sauce and slice in half if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

These wraps are best served fresh but can be prepared ahead of time; just keep the chicken and coleslaw separate until ready to wrap.
