- In a bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk until smooth.
- Fold in the crushed vanilla wafers, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with decorations before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.
