  • 2 cups milk Any milk type works; whole milk adds richness.
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers Crush finely for a smooth texture in the truffles.
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese Ensure it's at room temperature for easy blending.
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar Also known as confectioners' sugar, sift if lumpy.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract A good quality extract enhances the flavor.
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Can substitute with white chocolate melting wafers for easier dipping.
  • 20 g Sprinkles Festive sprinkles add a lovely touch for Easter.

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk until smooth.
  2. Fold in the crushed vanilla wafers, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle with decorations before the chocolate sets.
  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.
