- Peel and cut the banana into large chunks.
- Add banana, eggs, and protein powder to a blender. Process until smooth without overblending.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil or butter.
- Pour a scoop of batter into the skillet. Cook until bubbles appear and the underside is golden, then flip and cook until the other side is golden.
- Serve immediately with toppings of choice, or cool completely for storage.
