Ingredients
  

  • 240 g cottage cheese
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Add cottage cheese to a food processor or blender and blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Pulse briefly to combine.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat.
  5. Drop the mixture by tablespoonfuls and flatten into 2.5-inch circles.
  6. Bake for 28–35 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Let cool completely on the tray to finish crisping.
  8. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days or refrigerate for up to 5 days.

Notes

These chips are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for a few days. Feel free to experiment with different seasonings to suit your taste!
