- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Add cottage cheese to a food processor or blender and blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Pulse briefly to combine.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat.
- Drop the mixture by tablespoonfuls and flatten into 2.5-inch circles.
- Bake for 28–35 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Let cool completely on the tray to finish crisping.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
Notes
These chips are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for a few days. Feel free to experiment with different seasonings to suit your taste!
