  • 100 g sugar
  • 120 ml milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 300 g diced apples
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in the diced apples.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a greased baking sheet.
