- Prepare the squash by quartering it into small cubes. Spray with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the squash gently with grated parmesan until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer at 390°F for 3 minutes. Add a liner to your air fryer basket.
- Place the seasoned squash in an even layer in the basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, toss the squash gently and cook for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown and tender.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding garlic powder or red pepper flakes. Serve warm as a side dish or over pasta.
