- In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Take a spring roll wrapper and place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
- Repeat until all fillings are used.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the spring rolls with cooking spray.
- Place the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway.
