- Wash and dry the okra thoroughly, then slice into half inch pieces.
- Place okra in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Sprinkle cornmeal over the okra and toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 3 minutes.
- Arrange the okra in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove once golden and crisp.
- Drizzle with lemon juice, toss gently, and serve immediately.
