Ingredients
  

  • 450 g ground beef or mix with pork
  • 30 g breadcrumbs
  • 30 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 10 g chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp pepper to taste
  • 15 ml olive oil

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, egg, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until just combined—don’t overwork the meat.
  3. Form into evenly sized meatballs.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  5. Lightly brush or spray meatballs with oil.
  6. Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until browned and cooked through.
  8. Let rest for a couple minutes before serving.
