- In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, egg, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined—don’t overwork the meat.
- Form into evenly sized meatballs.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Lightly brush or spray meatballs with oil.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until browned and cooked through.
- Let rest for a couple minutes before serving.
