Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears fresh corn (husked and silks removed)
  • 2 tsp cooking oil
  • 0.5 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 0.25 tsp chili powder
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper
  • for garnish chopped fresh cilantro
  • for serving lime wedges

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400˚F.
  2. Rub the ears of corn with oil and season them with salt.
  3. Place 2 to 4 ears of corn in the air fryer basket and cook for 14 minutes, rotating them halfway through cooking.
  4. In the meantime, melt the butter. To the melted butter, add the garlic, lime zest, lime juice, chili powder, and black pepper, and whisk to combine.
  5. Remove the corn from the air fryer basket and transfer to a serving plate. Brush with the butter sauce. Garnish the corn with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.

Feel free to adjust the seasoning and toppings according to your taste preferences. This dish pairs wonderfully with grilled meats or as a standalone snack!
