Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 325F/160C.
- Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut each of the tortillas into 8 triangles.
- Melt the butter and set aside. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together in a separate bowl.
- Brush the tortilla triangles with butter on both sides.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture onto the tortilla triangles, then flip the tortillas over to sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the other side.
- Add the tortillas to the air fryer in an even layer. Cook for 12 to 14 minutes, shaking the basket a few times.
- Let the tortilla chips sit in the hot air fryer basket with the lid open for 1 to 2 minutes after cooking. Serve right away.
Notes
These chips are best served fresh, but you can store leftovers in an airtight container for a few days.
