Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces 7-inch flour tortillas cut into triangles
  • 30 g vegan butter melted
  • 8 g sugar for sprinkling
  • 3 g cinnamon for sprinkling

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 325F/160C.
  2. Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut each of the tortillas into 8 triangles.
  3. Melt the butter and set aside. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together in a separate bowl.
  4. Brush the tortilla triangles with butter on both sides.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture onto the tortilla triangles, then flip the tortillas over to sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the other side.
  6. Add the tortillas to the air fryer in an even layer. Cook for 12 to 14 minutes, shaking the basket a few times.
  7. Let the tortilla chips sit in the hot air fryer basket with the lid open for 1 to 2 minutes after cooking. Serve right away.

Notes

These chips are best served fresh, but you can store leftovers in an airtight container for a few days.
