Ingredients
  

  • 3 large bananas mashed
  • 80 g unsalted butter melted
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 190 g all-purpose flour
  • 5 tsp baking soda
  • 2.5 tsp salt
  • 125 g chocolate chips plus extra for topping

Method
 

  1. Lightly grease a small loaf pan that fits in your air fryer basket or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash bananas until mostly smooth.
  3. Stir in melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips, reserving a few to sprinkle on top.
  6. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Add extra chocolate chips if desired.
  7. Preheat air fryer to 320–330°F. Cook for 25–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack before slicing.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding nuts or spices like cinnamon to the batter. Enjoy your banana bread warm or toasted!
