Method
- Lightly grease a small loaf pan that fits in your air fryer basket or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash bananas until mostly smooth.
- Stir in melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Stir in chocolate chips, reserving a few to sprinkle on top.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Add extra chocolate chips if desired.
- Preheat air fryer to 320–330°F. Cook for 25–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding nuts or spices like cinnamon to the batter. Enjoy your banana bread warm or toasted!
