Method

  3. Add wings to seasoning mixture and toss until evenly coated; let sit 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes. Proper preheating ensures even cooking.
  5. Arrange wings in single layer in air fryer basket without overcrowding. Cook in batches if necessary.
  6. Cook 12 minutes, then flip wings with tongs to ensure all sides crisp up evenly.
  7. Cook additional 10-13 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Use a meat thermometer to check.
  8. Let wings rest 2 minutes before serving. This helps keep them juicy.
