Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a dredging station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken tender in flour, shaking off excess.
  4. Dip the chicken into the beaten eggs, ensuring full coverage.
  5. Press the chicken into the panko mixture until evenly coated on all sides.
  6. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  7. Place chicken tenders in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they do not touch to allow airflow.
  8. Cook for 6 minutes, flip each tender, and cook for an additional 5 to 6 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Remove from the air fryer and allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
