- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) while you prepare the chicken.
- Slice each breast in half horizontally or use a mallet to pound to an even ½-inch thickness.
- In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate dish, drizzle olive oil over the chicken, coating both sides.
- Press each piece of chicken into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring a full, even coating.
- Arrange the breaded chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Spoon marinara sauce over each cutlet and top with shredded mozzarella.
- Return the chicken to the air fryer for 3–5 more minutes, just until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for a couple of minutes, then serve hot with pasta, salad, or steamed veggies.
