Ingredients
  

  • 480 g butternut squash chopped
  • 15 ml olive oil or avocado oil
  • 5 tsp brown sugar
  • 5 tsp garlic powder
  • 5 tsp onion powder
  • 5 tsp fresh thyme chopped
  • 2.5 tsp salt
  • 2.5 tsp smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the chopped squash in a bowl and drizzle with the olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle the squash with brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, fresh thyme, salt, and smoked paprika, and mix well, until the squash is fully coated.
  4. Place the squash in the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes, or until browned around the sides.

Notes

Serve warm as a side dish or snack. You can also add other spices to customize the flavor.
