- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease the basket or use parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, honey, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in oat flour and baking powder until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to form donut holes and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- Remove and cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
Notes
These donut holes are best enjoyed warm. For an extra treat, dust with powdered sugar, drizzle with a light glaze, or serve with a side of plain yogurt.
