Method
 

  1. Melt the Ghiradelli White Melting Wafers according to package directions, using a double boiler or microwave.
  2. Dip each Tiny Twist Pretzel into the melted white wafers, covering about half. Immediately sprinkle with Green Sixlets before the wafers set.
  3. Place the decorated pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them cool and harden.
  4. Insert Mini Cupcakes into the Paper Treat Cups. Top each cupcake with a small cloud of Cotton Candy.
  5. Fill Clear Treat Bags with a mix of Goldfish in Colors and Popcorn. Tie each bag with the Dr. Seuss ribbon and attach a personalized Avery Label.
