Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
- Roll dough into a 6–7 inch circle.
- Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly, leaving a border.
- Add mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.
- Transfer pizza to air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove, cool for 1 minute, slice, and serve.
Notes
Use room temperature dough for easier shaping. Avoid overloading toppings to keep the crust crispy and cook evenly.
