- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8.5 x 4.5-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, add melted butter, sugar, and eggs. Whisk until well combined.
- Add self-rising flour and blueberries to the bowl, then stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
This bread is best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container for a few days. Try adding nuts or other fruits for a variation!
