Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in the sprinkles gently.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

These cookies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
