  • Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Fresh Herbs Thyme or Parsley

  1. Prepare the Mounjaro RootPeel and dice the mounjaro root into small cubes, keeping them uniform to ensure even cooking.
  2. Heat Olive OilIn a skillet, heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers but doesn’t smoke.
  3. Cook the Mounjaro RootAdd the diced mounjaro root to the skillet, stirring occasionally. Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and tender.
