These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are golden, buttery biscuit pockets filled with seasoned beef and gooey cheddar, then brushed with garlic butter and topped with Parmesan. Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough 8 count
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain fat.
  3. Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted. Let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch circle. Place 2 tbsp beef mixture in the center.
  5. Fold dough edges over filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  6. Arrange seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush over tops of bombs and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  8. Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and let cool 2–3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Avoid overfilling the biscuits to prevent bursting. Always seal edges tightly. Drain beef fat thoroughly for best texture.
