- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, blend cottage cheese until smooth (about 30 seconds).
- Transfer cottage cheese to a mixing bowl and gradually fold in flour until a sticky dough forms.
- Divide dough into 6 equal portions and roll each into a ball. Poke a hole in the center to form bagel shapes.
- Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil and add honey. Boil each bagel for 30 seconds per side.
- Place boiled bagels on the baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with everything seasoning.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
