  • 500 g cottage cheese
  • 200 g dark chocolate chips melted
  • 60 ml maple syrup

  1. Blend the cottage cheese in a food processor or blender until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Add the melted chocolate and maple syrup to the food processor with the cottage cheese.
  4. Blend all ingredients until the mixture is well combined, smooth, and fluffy.
  5. Divide the mousse evenly into four serving glasses or bowls.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the mousse to set before serving.
