Ingredients
  

  • 240 g cottage cheese
  • 120 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • to taste Everything bagel seasoning optional
  • to taste Chopped fresh herbs optional
  • to taste Sesame seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese and egg. Mix until fully blended with a fork or whisk.
  3. Gradually add flour, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Lightly flour your work surface. Cut dough into 8 equal pieces.
  5. Roll each piece into a ball and poke a hole in the center to form bagels.
  6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Optionally sprinkle with toppings before baking.
