Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese and egg. Mix until fully blended with a fork or whisk.
- Gradually add flour, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
- Lightly flour your work surface. Cut dough into 8 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a ball and poke a hole in the center to form bagels.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Optionally sprinkle with toppings before baking.
