Ingredients
  

  • 2 fillets Tilapia
  • 15 ml Olive Oil for coating
  • 5 g Paprika
  • 5 g Garlic Powder or fresh garlic
  • 5 g Onion Powder or finely diced onion
  • 5 g Salt to taste
  • 2.5 g Black Pepper to taste
  • 15 g Fresh Chopped Parsley optional
  • 15 ml Lemon Juice highly recommended

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  3. Lightly coat both sides of your tilapia fillets with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle your seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the tilapia fillets.
  5. Place the seasoned fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
  6. Cook the tilapia for 8-10 minutes at 400°F, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish the tilapia with fresh chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
