- 2½ cups crushed salted pretzels
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 16 oz Cool Whip, thawed
- 4–5 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix pretzels, pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter until coated.
- Spread on baking sheet and bake 8–10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool completely until hardened.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in Cool Whip until fluffy and combined.
- Fold in strawberries and most of the pretzel crack.
- Top with remaining pretzel crack before serving.
Notes
Cool pretzel layer completely before mixing to keep crunch. Assemble just before serving for best texture. Use full-fat cream cheese for best flavor and stability.
