  • Yield: 1216 servings 1x

Description

Sweet and salty strawberry pretzel crack salad made with creamy cheesecake fluff, fresh strawberries, and a buttery pretzel-pecan crunch layer — the ultimate viral potluck dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2½ cups crushed salted pretzels
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 16 oz Cool Whip, thawed
  • 45 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix pretzels, pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter until coated.
  3. Spread on baking sheet and bake 8–10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  4. Cool completely until hardened.
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Fold in Cool Whip until fluffy and combined.
  7. Fold in strawberries and most of the pretzel crack.
  8. Top with remaining pretzel crack before serving.

Notes

Cool pretzel layer completely before mixing to keep crunch. Assemble just before serving for best texture. Use full-fat cream cheese for best flavor and stability.
