- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a mini muffin pan.
- Whisk egg, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Add protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon batter into muffin wells.
