  • Total Time: 4+ hours
  • Yield: 810 servings 1x

Description

Ultra creamy old fashioned cranberry fluff salad with tart fresh cranberries, pineapple, marshmallows, and toasted pecans folded into a fluffy cream cheese base — the ultimate viral holiday dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • ½ cup cane sugar
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup toasted pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pulse cranberries in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
  2. Mix cranberries with sugar and drained pineapple, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip until light and fluffy.
  5. Drain cranberry mixture again and press out excess liquid.
  6. Fold cranberries, marshmallows, and pecans into cream mixture.
  7. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Drain pineapple thoroughly to avoid watery texture. Use fresh cranberries for best flavor. Do not overchill after mixing to keep marshmallows intact.
