- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Cut potatoes into even matchstick fries.
- Soak in cold water for 25–30 minutes.
- Drain and pat completely dry.
- Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Place fries in basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 14–18 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Cook until golden and crispy.
- Season with extra salt and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not skip soaking and drying for maximum crispiness. Avoid overcrowding the basket. Adjust cooking time based on fry thickness.
