- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- Olive oil spray
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Pat salmon dry and cut into cubes.
- Mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat salmon lightly in flour mixture.
- Press salmon into panko breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer and spray basket with oil.
- Air fry salmon until golden and crispy.
- Melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and add lemon juice, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss cooked salmon in sauce.
- Serve immediately.
