Instructions

- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk into the batter, mixing until just combined.

- Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.

- Cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
