Instructions

  2. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  4. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk into the batter, mixing until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in sprinkles.
  7. Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
