- 227 g (8 oz) whipped topping
- 1 cup sour cream
- 565 g (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 2–3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 125 g fresh blueberries (optional garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine blueberry pie filling, sweetened condensed milk, whipped topping, and sour cream.
- Fold gently until smooth and evenly mixed.
- Add drained crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, and sliced almonds.
- Fold carefully to combine without deflating the mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
- Stir gently before serving.
- Garnish with fresh blueberries and extra almonds if desired.
Notes
Drain pineapple thoroughly to avoid excess liquid. Fold gently to keep the mixture light and fluffy. Chilling improves texture and flavor. Toast almonds for extra flavor if desired.
