- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant banana cream pudding mix
- 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 jar (10 oz) maraschino cherries, drained and halved
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 2–3 ripe bananas, sliced
- Rainbow sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix crushed pineapple with juice and banana pudding mix until thickened.
- Gently fold in Cool Whip until smooth and fluffy.
- Fold in cherries, walnuts, chocolate chips, and marshmallows.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Just before serving, fold in sliced bananas.
- Top with extra cherries, chocolate chips, walnuts, and rainbow sprinkles.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
Do not drain the pineapple — the juice activates the pudding mix. Add bananas right before serving to prevent browning. Toast walnuts for enhanced flavor. Chill for best texture and taste.
