The viral 25-minute air fryer dinner with perfectly charred sausage and tender-crisp vegetables, packed with Italian herb flavor and weeknight ease.

- 12–16 oz fully cooked smoked sausage (kielbasa, andouille, or chicken sausage — sliced ¼-inch thick)
- 2 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons
- 12 oz fresh green beans, trimmed and halved
- 1 large bell pepper (any color), cut into 1-inch strips
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil spray
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¾ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Optional: ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- Optional: Parmesan for serving
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss zucchini, green beans, and bell pepper with oil, basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add vegetables to air fryer basket in an even layer.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Add sliced sausage to the basket and toss with vegetables.
- Air fry for an additional 5–10 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp and sausage is browned.
- Optional: top with Parmesan and red pepper flakes while hot.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the basket for best char. Always preheat for crisp results. Use fully cooked sausage for proper timing.
