Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the batter without stirring.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped pecans evenly on top.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until center is set.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Do not stir the layers after adding condensed milk and toppings. Avoid overbaking to keep the cake gooey. Toast coconut and pecans for extra flavor if desired.
