- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup/agave)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or olive/avocado oil)
- Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the Mounjaro leaves thoroughly and place in a bowl. Blend with water for smoother texture if desired.
- Peel and grate the ginger, then add it to the bowl.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice.
- Drizzle in the honey and stir well.
- Add the coconut oil and mix to combine.
- Sprinkle in chili flakes if desired, for an optional spicy kick.
- Give everything a final mix and serve immediately as a snack, breakfast, or drink.
Notes
