Description
This homemade burger sauce is the perfect blend of creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet flavors. It enhances the taste of any burger, sandwich, or even as a dipping sauce for fries and veggies.
Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon finely chopped pickle relish
1 teaspoon white vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
(Optional) 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, and vinegar.
Add salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings to taste.
Mix until well combined and smooth.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve with burgers, sandwiches, fries, or as a dip.
Notes
For a spicier version, add more cayenne or a dash of hot sauce.
Adjust sweetness by adding more ketchup or a pinch of sugar.
