  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt together in a medium bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, mix melted coconut oil (or butter), sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time until just combined.
  4. Fold in dry ingredients and chocolate chips until just combined. Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely, then chill for 1 hour.
  6. Heat cream and pour over semi-sweet chocolate to make ganache. Melt white chocolate separately.
  7. Cut brownies into squares, spread with ganache, pipe white chocolate in spirals, then drag a toothpick to create web effect.
  8. Let set 15 minutes before serving.
