- 2 cups pretzels
- 2 cups strawberry or cherry candy-coated chocolates
- 1½ cups mini marshmallows
- 1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening
- Valentine’s sprinkles for decorating
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine Rice Chex, pretzels, candy-coated chocolates, and marshmallows.
- Place white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Pour melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture.
- Gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread mixture onto prepared baking sheet.
- Immediately top with Valentine’s sprinkles.
- Allow to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Break into clusters and serve.
