Restaurant-quality Garlic Butter Steak Bites made in under 20 minutes. Tender seared steak coated in a rich garlic butter sauce—fast, foolproof, and perfect for weeknights or entertaining.

- 1½ lbs steak (ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon), cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium shallot, finely diced
- ¼ cup fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cut steak into 1-inch cubes and pat dry thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat a large skillet with 1 tbsp oil over high heat. Sear steak in a single layer for 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Cook in batches if needed. Transfer to a plate.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter, garlic, and shallot. Sauté 1 minute until fragrant, stirring constantly.
- Return steak bites to the pan and toss in garlic butter for 1–2 minutes to warm through.
- Remove from heat and finish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce when returning steak to the pan.
