Instructions

  3. Fold whipped cream gently into pumpkin mixture until fully combined.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger 1–2 seconds per side into cooled espresso.
  5. Layer dipped ladyfingers in serving dish, spread half pumpkin cream, repeat layers.
  6. Cover and chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
